We loved the central location of the hotel, it was convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the staff were also friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Another advantage we enjoyed was the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas.
Our romantic escape was marred by a few setbacks. the breakfast provided was not up to par, leaving us disappointed.

New Year's Eve in Stone Town was an amazing experience! The hotel was located right at the center, making it easy to explore the city by foot. I loved the fact that they offered tours, which helped us really get to know the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
The worst of our stay was the slow Wi-Fi connection, which was difficult to use at times, and the noise level of the fan that came with the room. But at the end of the day, these were minor issues that didn't affect our overall experience too much.

The Riverman Hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms. I had a room with what was probably the world's most comfortable bed, which made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The hotel also provides basic amenities, including air conditioning and a private bathroom. The breakfast included was a nice bonus, and the staff ensured that it was a pleasant dining experience.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

This hotel in the Old Quarter of Stone Town is in a wonderful location, right on the edge of the town. It's perfect for exploring the nearby Darajani market and tourist spots like the slave market and Persian baths. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, probably the world's most comfortable beds. Whether you choose a room with a private bathroom or a shared one, they are clean and well-maintained, with air conditioning to beat the heat. The breakfast is also a highlight, with a huge serving of fruit, coffee/tea, and a delicious omelette with toast.
No improvements needed, all was great!

During my Christmas holiday, the hotel had a good location close to the market and restaurants. the rooms were spacious and air conditioners worked great. the breakfast was basic but good with a range of fresh fruit and juice to choose from.
The hotel had some serious issues. the bathroom was not attached to the room and was far away.
